Cancellation + Refund Policy

At Salubrity and Soul Yoga I understand that life shifts and changes. I honor your time, your intentions and your life experiences. This policy is designed to provide clarity while also offering flexibility.


Please note: If you registered for a class, event or appointment through the Offering Tree class scheduling platform you may cancel your registration directly through that portal by accessing the click to cancel button on the registration details page link that you received in your class, event or appointment confirmation email.


Single Online Group Classes (Non-Private)

Self-cancellations for single online group classes (non-private) classes may be made at anytime. Students may cancel their registration through the confirmation email or through the registration details page, (provided cancellation occurs at least (1) one hour before the scheduled class time.

Refunds for single online group classes (non-private) are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future class depending upon student’s preference.classes must be made within (1) hour of the class start time. Students may opt to receive a full refund of the price of a single class, a class credit or an opportunity to reschedule.

Late cancellations for single online group classes (non-private): If made less than (1) one hour before the class time, this type of cancellation is at the discretion of Salubrity and Soul Yoga and may not be eligible for a refund. However, I am happy to either offer credit toward a future class as a gesture of goodwill, or work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Private + Personalized Classes and Programs

Cancellations for all private class sessions, which include one-on-one private classes and private group class sessions may require different notice periods for cancellations; and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations for all private classes must be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations that are made less than 24 hours prior to class will result in a 50% charge of the full class price.

In the event of a “no-show”, emergency, or late cancellation, refunds will not be given due to the nature of these types of classes and programs. Therefore, an opportunity to reschedule will be provided instead.

To cancel a private class, please refer to the Private Class Initial Consultation Agreement Packet that you received during our initial consultation for information on how to best contact me to cancel any of our private sessions. I am happy to work with you to find a solution that respects both your needs and/or situation.

Membership Subscriptions + Class Packages

If you would like to cancel a Membership Subscription Plan, On-Demand Video Library Membership Subscription Plan or a Class Package: you may do so anytime from your Offering Tree scheduling portal dashboard.

Ongoing memberships: Cancellation stops future recurring payments after the current billing cycle.

Credits for unused sessions: Any remaining classes or sessions may be converted to account credit for future use, or as outlined in your membership subscription or class package terms.

Workshops, Retreats + Other Events

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless you prefer to receive account credit towards a future class.

Special Circumstances

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending a class, I encourage you to reach out to me directly, so you and I can explore your options together.

  • Use the “Cancel” link in your confirmation email, or visit your registration details page via OfferingTree.
